About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead data-driven instruction by analyzing student work samples and implementing action plans to address academic gaps
  • Conduct daily classroom observations and provide real-time feedback to teachers to drive instructional excellence
  • Plan and deliver high-quality professional development sessions for staff members
  • Coach and develop instructional leaders through regular meetings and feedback loops
  • Manage school-wide academic systems, including grade books, office hours, and lesson internalization
  • Support curriculum development and regional instructional initiatives to maximize student achievement

Requirements

  • 3+ years of teaching experience with a proven track record of student growth
  • Demonstrated instructional coaching capabilities
  • Strong content knowledge in STEM subjects
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Proficiency in lesson plan development and people management
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment
