About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead data-driven instruction by analyzing student work samples and implementing action plans to address academic gaps
- Conduct daily classroom observations and provide real-time feedback to teachers to drive instructional excellence
- Plan and deliver high-quality professional development sessions for staff members
- Coach and develop instructional leaders through regular meetings and feedback loops
- Manage school-wide academic systems, including grade books, office hours, and lesson internalization
- Support curriculum development and regional instructional initiatives to maximize student achievement
Requirements
- 3+ years of teaching experience with a proven track record of student growth
- Demonstrated instructional coaching capabilities
- Strong content knowledge in STEM subjects
- Bachelor's Degree
- Proficiency in lesson plan development and people management
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment
