Responsibilities
- Teach math content including Algebra, Geometry, or Calculus to prepare students for AP and collegiate coursework
- Support students in critical thinking and problem-solving
- Use data analysis to respond to trends in student work and assessments
- Implement differentiated instruction strategies for all learners
- Build positive relationships with students and partner with families
- Participate in professional development, mentorship, and school-wide meetings
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
- Academic expertise in Mathematics, Science, Technology, Engineering, or related fields
- Demonstrated interest in impacting K-12 students in urban schools
- Ability to meet NJ state certification eligibility requirements
- Commitment to supporting students' social-emotional and academic development

- 1-2 years of experience impacting K-12 students in urban schools and communities
