About the Company

Turning Point USA is a 501(c)(3) grassroots nonprofit organization dedicated to educating students about the importance of fiscal responsibility, free markets, and limited government. With a presence on over 5,000 campuses in all fifty states, Turning Point USA is one of the largest youth organizations in the country.

Responsibilities

• Launch new student chapters and maintain established ones
• Organize daily campus activism initiatives and recruit new activists
• Help students register to vote and develop activist networks
• Import and organize recruitment-related data
• Conduct outreach to prospective members and activists
• Give oral presentations and represent the organization at events and conferences
• Promote events and organization efforts on social media
• Manage territory student activists and develop new activism plans
• Represent TPUSA in the community through public speaking and networking

Requirements

• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Knowledge of Google Apps, Airtable, and HubSpot
• Proficiency with X, Instagram, and Facebook
• Passion for conservative values
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of insurance
• Ability to travel 40-50%
• Strong work ethic and goal-oriented mindset

Preferred Qualifications

• Sales, teaching, or campaign experience
• Past or present involvement in conservative youth organizations
• Experience starting high school student organizations
• Proven skills facilitating civic engagement and grassroots activism
• Strong entrepreneurial spirit
