High School Exchange Consultant

Responsibilities

• Provide counseling and support to high school students and parents interested in exchange programs in the United States
• Manage the full student lifecycle, including initial contact, screening, interviews, and written examinations
• Plan and operate various events such as information sessions, selection meetings, and post-return parties
• Prepare and conduct pre-departure orientations and provide airport support on travel days
• Communicate regularly with local staff in the US to support students during their exchange year
• Build long-term, trusting relationships with participants through close, personalized support

Requirements

• University degree or higher
• Practical experience in a B2C business environment (e.g., sales, customer service, or client relations)
• English proficiency sufficient to participate in internal company meetings
• Full fluency in Japanese

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales
• Experience studying or living abroad (short-term or long-term)
• Ability to multitask and work flexibly in a fast-paced environment
• Strong goal orientation and proactive mindset
