High School Career and Life Advisor

Responsibilities

• Provide high-value educational advisory services by promoting the university's key differentiators.
• Follow up on assigned leads via CRM to convert prospects into enrolled students.
• Manage the complete admission process for new high school students and ensure continuity for existing students.
• Maintain database quality through effective digital and phone contact models to meet weekly, monthly, and annual enrollment goals.
• Guarantee a memorable experience for prospects during campus visits and online sessions.
• Ensure accurate documentation of data and correct status assignment within the CRM while protecting personal information.

Requirements

• Completed Bachelor's degree (Title or Letter of Completion).
• Proven experience in sales with a track record of meeting established indicators and commitments.
• Experience in customer service.
• Strong effective communication skills.
• High level of proactivity and organization.
