High School Advisor

Responsibilities

• Provide high-value educational advisory services by promoting key university differentiators.
• Follow up on assigned leads via CRM to meet enrollment commitments and conversion goals.
• Manage the complete admission process for new high school students, including documentation and status updates.
• Ensure a memorable experience for prospects through campus visits, online sessions, and effective digital contact.
• Maintain database quality by following established contact models and protecting personal data.
• Drive referral programs and ensure the achievement of weekly, monthly, and annual enrollment targets.

Requirements

• Completed Bachelor's degree (Título or Carta Pasante).
• Proven experience in sales with a focus on meeting established indicators and commitments.
• Experience in customer service and client relations.
• Strong effective communication skills.
• High level of proactivity and organizational ability.
