High-Rise Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Provide detailed schedules and contract management for projects from initiation to delivery
• Manage installation teams, including both direct labour and subcontractors, to ensure milestones are met
• Report on, assess, and analyse project performance to prevent budget or time overruns
• Execute proactive financial management to ensure projects remain within budget
• Communicate effectively with all key stakeholders regarding technical information and project milestones

Requirements

• Degree, diploma, or trade qualification in architecture, building, engineering, electrical, or mechanical disciplines
• Demonstrated experience in project management or as a site supervisor within the construction or building services industry
• High-level understanding of forecasting, budgeting, and contract administration
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines and high-pressure situations
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills
• A strong commitment to safety, quality, and customer relationships

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience as a project manager in industries such as HVAC, Fire, Security, Electrical, Mechanical, or Plumbing
