About the role
Responsibilities
- Teach specialized high-performance automotive courses including suspension, steering, drivelines, engine machining, fuel systems, custom engine building, welding, and fabrication
- Act as a positive leader within the classroom environment
- Continually update and refine curriculum to stay current with industry trends
- Manage instructional schedules, including morning, afternoon, or evening classes (typically one or two five-hour classes per day)
Requirements
- Associate degree from a regionally accredited institution (preferred)
- Five years of professional working experience in the automotive field (preferred)
