High-End Residential Superintendent

Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of high-end custom residential construction from ground-up through completion
• Manage and coordinate all subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel
• Maintain project schedules and ensure milestones are achieved on time
• Conduct daily site walks to monitor quality, safety, and production
• Ensure all work meets plans, specifications, and luxury finish standards
• Coordinate inspections and ensure compliance with local building codes
• Communicate effectively with project managers, architects, designers, and ownership
• Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth and celebrity homeowners
• Enforce safety procedures and company standards throughout the project

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent on high-end custom residential projects
• Proven experience building luxury custom homes from the ground up
• Strong experience managing multiple subcontractors and maintaining project schedules
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
• Professional demeanor with outstanding communication skills and discretion
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Procore or similar construction management software
• OSHA 30 certification
• Strong knowledge of California residential building codes
• Experience constructing luxury homes in wildfire-affected areas
