High-End Residential Foreman

Responsibilities

• Lead daily field operations on luxury custom residential construction projects
• Supervise and coordinate subcontractors and in-house crews
• Work alongside the crew as needed to keep production on schedule
• Assist the Superintendent with scheduling, planning, and coordinating daily activities
• Ensure work is completed according to plans, specifications, and client expectations
• Perform daily quality control inspections and address deficiencies immediately
• Coordinate material deliveries and ensure crews have necessary resources
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe jobsite
• Communicate effectively with the Superintendent, Project Manager, subcontractors, architects, and homeowners
• Enforce company safety policies and OSHA standards

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in high-end custom residential construction
• 2+ years of experience as a Foreman or Lead Carpenter overseeing crews
• Proven experience building custom luxury homes
• Strong experience coordinating and managing subcontractors
• Excellent knowledge of framing, finish carpentry, and residential construction methods
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents
• Professional demeanor for interacting with high-net-worth homeowners and celebrity clients
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Procore or similar construction management software
• OSHA 30 certification
• Experience coordinating luxury finish trades including millwork, cabinetry, stone, and flooring
• Knowledge of California residential building codes
