High-End Residential Carpenter

Responsibilities

• Perform rough and finish carpentry on custom luxury residential projects
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
• Install framing, blocking, doors, windows, trim, cabinetry, millwork, and paneling
• Build and install custom wood components with exceptional attention to detail
• Assist with layout, measuring, cutting, and assembling materials
• Work alongside the Foreman and Superintendent to keep projects on schedule
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Identify and report construction issues or discrepancies
• Operate power tools and hand tools safely and efficiently

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in high-end custom residential carpentry
• Experience with both rough and finish carpentry
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings
• Strong knowledge of residential framing and finish carpentry techniques
• Experience installing doors, windows, trim, cabinetry, millwork, and hardware
• Must have own hand tools
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work on ladders or scaffolding
