Responsibilities
- Unload materials from vehicles, trucks, and pick-ups
- Recognize potentially dangerous situations relating to chemical handling
- Follow all compliance, health, and safety procedures
- Segregate chemicals into packaging categories or DOT hazard classes
- Differentiate and consolidate similar materials while wearing respiratory protection
- Maintain a professional image during customer interactions
Requirements
- High School Diploma
- Valid Driver's License
- Ability to be clean-shaven for travel/safety requirements
- Ability to work in a changing job environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Hazardous waste experience
- 40-hour HAZWOPER Certification
