HGV Technician

Responsibilities

• Carry out work efficiently following Service Process Maps
• Brief on job requirements and budgets per specifications
• Provide diagnostic outcomes and specify repair solutions
• Comply with time recording procedures and productivity policies
• Provide fully specified jobs to CSR for invoicing

Requirements

• City and Guilds, NVQ 3 or equivalent in Commercial Vehicle Technology HGV / LCV
• Significant experience as a Dealership Technician in the Commercial vehicle industry
• Good knowledge of VOSA requirements and MOT testers manual
• Knowledge of Standard Times and Service Process stages
• Ability to understand and analyse technical issues
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Outlook
