HGV Driver

Responsibilities

• Drive heavy goods vehicles (HGV) with dolly or self-carrying trailers
• Drive tarped or flatbed HGVs/HGVs
• Set and retrieve skips using an ampliroll arm
• Use an auxiliary crane arm for unloading
• Tarp and untarp loads
• Hitch and unhitch trailers
• Perform replacements for permanent drivers on various vehicle types (rigid, semi-trailer, crane-equipped, etc.)

Requirements

• Valid CE driver's license
• Up-to-date FIMO/FCO and driver card
• At least 6 months of experience manipulating ampliroll arms or auxiliary crane arms
• Experience driving HGVs with trailers
• Ability to work away from home during the week and occasionally on Saturdays or Sunday afternoons

Preferred Qualifications

• ADR certification
• CACES 3 certification
