HGV Driver

Responsibilities

• Make deliveries to customers’ premises in a professional manner
• Ensure correct and thorough completion of paperwork
• Perform daily vehicle checks in line with company procedure
• Manage unit and trailer, including temperature checks
• Effectively manage working time in line with the Road Transport Directive
• Adhere to tachograph rules, regulations, and company health and safety procedures

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year recent Class 1 Driver experience
• Knowledge of Road Transport Directive and current drivers’ hours
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to work without direct supervision
• Reliable, conscientious, and professional approach
