HGV Class 1 Driver - Nights

Responsibilities

• General Haulage with Curtainside trailers to Distribution Centres and Stores
• Supporting General work including occasional store deliveries and loading/unloading cages
• Completing all necessary vehicle checks and documentation
• Maintaining high levels of safety, compliance, and professionalism
• Working closely with the transport team to ensure smooth operations
• Adhering to Driver's hours, WTD, and tachograph legislation

Requirements

• Valid C+E Licence
• Minimum 6 months HGV Class 1 driving experience (New Pass Drivers considered)
• No more than 6 points and no DD/DR Code convictions
• Current valid DCPC and Tacho cards
• Understanding of Driver’s hours and WTD legislation
• Ability to perform vehicle safety checks and report defects
• Compliance with on-site health and safety requirements
• Excellent communication skills
