HFM Manufacturing Line Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage HFM Test, Assembly, Kit Room, Casing, and Inspection operations
• Establish daily manufacturing priorities and balance workloads to support customer orders
• Monitor schedule adherence, production capacity, and labor utilization
• Coordinate with Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain teams to resolve material shortages and production issues
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on production flow and bottleneck reduction
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, AS9100, ISO 14001, and ESD controls
• Provide daily supervision, coaching, and training for HFM manufacturing team members
• Monitor and report key performance indicators including throughput and first-pass yield

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field with 3+ years of experience, or Associate’s degree with 5+ years of related experience
• 5-7 years of experience in a manufacturing management environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Experience with program management, production planning, or manufacturing execution
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
• Ability to distinguish colors in accordance with the Ishihara test

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Arena or other Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems
• Experience with microelectronic assemblies or RF/microwave products
• Experience working with RF test equipment such as VNAs, spectrum analyzers, and oscilloscopes
