HFM Administrator

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain the HFM application, including metadata, rules, security, and data loads
• Ensure robust integration between HFM and SAP ERP systems, including master data alignment and transactional data mapping
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close cycles by ensuring timely and accurate consolidation of financial data
• Reconcile and validate data between SAP and HFM to maintain reporting integrity
• Develop and maintain custom reports using SmartView, HFM, and Workiva to meet internal and external reporting requirements
• Implement and manage automated footnotes and dynamic disclosures within Workiva
• Collaborate with regional finance teams to resolve data issues and improve reporting quality
• Provide training and support to finance users on HFM functionality and best practices
• Identify and implement process improvements across consolidation, reporting, and reconciliation workflows
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, audit requirements, and SOX

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field
• 3 to 5 years of experience in administering Oracle HFM with SAP integration and Workiva reporting
• Proven expertise in Oracle Hyperion Financial Management (HFM)
• Strong understanding of Consolidations, US GAAP, and SEC reporting requirements
• Hands-on experience with HFM metadata, rules, FDMEE, and SmartView
• Experience with SAP FI/CO or BW modules
• Proficiency in English

Preferred Qualifications

• CPA or equivalent certification
• Experience with the Workiva Wdesk platform for automated reporting
• Familiarity with scripting languages such as VBScript or SQL for automation
• Experience with Oracle Cloud EPM or other Oracle EPM tools (Planning, Essbase)
• Experience working in a shared services or regional finance center
