Heritage & Archives Officer

Responsibilities

• Guarantee the preservation and integrity of historical and contemporary media and archive collections in compliance with archival standards.
• Organize, document, and enrich media content through data management, thesauri, classification plans, and usage rights management.
• Manage and evolve digital archiving tools, including electronic archiving systems, consultation portals, and image banks, in collaboration with IT and external providers.
• Coordinate digitization projects, ensuring quality, integration, and accessibility of content.
• Lead inventory and collection processes to complete archives regarding key moments of the Group's international development.
• Support internal teams by providing reliable, high-quality media resources for communication, events, and corporate publications.
• Contribute to the valorization of the Group's heritage and memory, including the animation of the Group headquarters museum in Levallois-Perret.

Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in archiving, documentation, or digital content management.
• Mastery of electronic archiving tools, document management systems, and digitization projects.
• Proven ability to manage tools and projects alongside business teams, IT departments, and external vendors.
• Strong proficiency in English, both oral and written.
• Ability to speak in public and present information effectively.
• High level of rigor, organization, autonomy, and strong interpersonal skills.
