About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage and validate access to IC PKI-enabled databases and monitor SIPRNET/JWICS account requests
- Provide Tier 2 database support including troubleshooting and user profile management
- Manage Intelligence Community of Interest (COI) access and entitlement management systems
- Serve as DoDIIS PKI Trusted Agents and assist with certificate installation
- Maintain Access Management SOPs, transaction metrics, and ad hoc reports
- Monitor Help Desk communication channels including phone, voicemail, and group mailboxes
- Update and maintain Help Desk websites and documentation on SIPR and JWICS
Requirements
- Active DoD TS/SCI clearance with ability to obtain CI Polygraph
- Experience with access management operations (PKI, JPAS, Scattered Castles, or JEMS)
- Experience with complex security classification procedures and cross-domain operations
- Ability to obtain DoDD 8140.01 IT Level II certification within 30 days
- Senior level: 4 years of advanced M3 experience and military training experience
- Mid level: 2 years of M3 experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Associates degree with 7 years of intelligence experience or High School Diploma with 9 years of intelligence experience
