About the role
Responsibilities
- Work on service requests from internal stakeholders and resolve hardware, software, and network incidents
- Track and maintain a comprehensive IT asset inventory through the full hardware lifecycle
- Manage technical setup for new hires and secure offboarding for departing employees
- Implement and support system standards and security policies including encryption, MFA, and access control
Requirements
- 3+ years of professional IT support or help desk experience
- Proficiency in Windows 11, macOS, Android, and iOS
- Hands-on experience with MDM tools such as JAMF, Intune, or FleetDM
- Experience managing users and security groups within Okta or similar identity providers
- Ability to lift and move IT equipment up to 35 pounds
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret Security Clearance
- Must meet ITAR compliance requirements (U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, or protected individual)
Preferred Qualifications
- In-depth experience supporting Microsoft Office 365
- Basic understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs)
- Familiarity with scripting in PowerShell, Bash, or Python
- CompTIA A+, Network+, Okta, or Microsoft MD-102 certifications
