About the role
Responsibilities
- Coordinate IT fulfillment and process asset tag requests for purchase order receiving across multi-state customers
- Maintain IT asset management record integrity within the ServiceNow IT Asset Management Module
- Manage digital and physical IT asset management files for record retention and database transaction accuracy
- Provide end-user technical support and assist with device provisioning and bricking/unbricking processes
- Utilize AI tools (such as GitHub Copilot or Microsoft 365 Copilot) consistently for daily operational tasks
Requirements
- High school graduation or equivalent
- 3+ years of IT Warehouse Asset management experience
- Proven experience working with ServiceNow
- Strong customer service and effective communication skills
- Proficiency and confidence in using AI tools
- English language proficiency at a C1 Advanced level
Preferred Qualifications
- Ability to review asset management operations for compliance
- Experience following prescribed inventory control standards
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite software
