About the role

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate IT fulfillment and process asset tag requests for purchase order receiving across multi-state customers
  • Maintain IT asset management record integrity within the ServiceNow IT Asset Management Module
  • Manage digital and physical IT asset management files for record retention and database transaction accuracy
  • Provide end-user technical support and assist with device provisioning and bricking/unbricking processes
  • Utilize AI tools (such as GitHub Copilot or Microsoft 365 Copilot) consistently for daily operational tasks

Requirements

  • High school graduation or equivalent
  • 3+ years of IT Warehouse Asset management experience
  • Proven experience working with ServiceNow
  • Strong customer service and effective communication skills
  • Proficiency and confidence in using AI tools
  • English language proficiency at a C1 Advanced level

Preferred Qualifications

  • Ability to review asset management operations for compliance
  • Experience following prescribed inventory control standards
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite software
