About the role

Responsibilities

  • Setting up audio-visual equipment
  • Support users of conference facilities during the meetings
  • Preparation and continuous update of existing Knowledge Articles
  • Performing ad-hoc services as requested by Head of Resources Unit or ICT Manager

Requirements

  • Proficient in M365 applications
  • Desktop support experience
  • English level C1
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in Service Desk environment
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in Desktop deployment of support
  • Experience in documenting support requests and resolutions
  • Remote access capability to troubleshoot issues
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Azure Environment, server hosting and associated services
  • Experience in troubleshooting desktop issues (software, printer, network)
  • Familiarity with Windows and macOS
  • Experience in diagnosing and resolving hardware issues on desktops and laptops
