About the role
Responsibilities
- Setting up audio-visual equipment
- Support users of conference facilities during the meetings
- Preparation and continuous update of existing Knowledge Articles
- Performing ad-hoc services as requested by Head of Resources Unit or ICT Manager
Requirements
- Proficient in M365 applications
- Desktop support experience
- English level C1
- Minimum of 3 years experience in Service Desk environment
- Minimum of 3 years experience in Desktop deployment of support
- Experience in documenting support requests and resolutions
- Remote access capability to troubleshoot issues
- Knowledge of Microsoft Azure Environment, server hosting and associated services
- Experience in troubleshooting desktop issues (software, printer, network)
- Familiarity with Windows and macOS
- Experience in diagnosing and resolving hardware issues on desktops and laptops
