Responsibilities

• Prepare and set up workstations for new employees in the Lviv office
• Manage the full asset management lifecycle from procurement to disposal
• Process user requests in the ticketing system following SLA
• Perform basic maintenance of office network infrastructure (patching, switching)
• Organize and provide technical support for online streaming for internal communications
• Monitor compliance with information security policies (ISMS)
• Optimize routine Helpdesk processes using AI tools

Requirements

• 6+ months of experience in IT support (Internal Support) or completed relevant IT education
• Strong administration skills in macOS (priority), Windows, and Linux
• Practical understanding of networking technologies (L1/L2, Wi-Fi, basic switch configuration)
• Experience with hardware assembly, disassembly, and diagnostics
• Understanding of Service Desk principles and ticketing systems
• English level A1/A2+ (technical documentation and basic correspondence)
• High level of empathy and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using AI assistants (ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot) for troubleshooting or scripting
• Experience with Google Workspace, Okta, and Slack
• Experience setting up equipment for online broadcasts (OBS Studio, microphones, cameras)
