About the role

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact via phone, email, walk-up, or ticketing system
  • Install and configure end-user hardware including desktops, laptops, monitors, and printers
  • Support Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365 applications
  • Perform account administration in Active Directory and Azure AD
  • Execute onboarding and offboarding checklists for devices and accounts
  • Maintain meticulous ticket documentation and manage end-user assets
  • Coordinate with vendor support and travel to local offices or job sites as needed

Requirements

  • 1–2 years in a Help Desk or Desktop Support role
  • Working knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365
  • Understanding of basic networking concepts like IP, DNS, Wi-Fi, and VPN
  • Experience with Active Directory user administration
  • Proficiency with modern ticketing systems
  • Valid driver’s license for occasional site travel
  • Ability to lift and move up to 35 lbs
