About the role
Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact via phone, email, walk-up, or ticketing system
- Install and configure end-user hardware including desktops, laptops, monitors, and printers
- Support Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365 applications
- Perform account administration in Active Directory and Azure AD
- Execute onboarding and offboarding checklists for devices and accounts
- Maintain meticulous ticket documentation and manage end-user assets
- Coordinate with vendor support and travel to local offices or job sites as needed
Requirements
- 1–2 years in a Help Desk or Desktop Support role
- Working knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365
- Understanding of basic networking concepts like IP, DNS, Wi-Fi, and VPN
- Experience with Active Directory user administration
- Proficiency with modern ticketing systems
- Valid driver’s license for occasional site travel
- Ability to lift and move up to 35 lbs
