Responsibilities

  • Manage user support for office tools, Active Directory, Office 365, and telephony
  • Provide application support for WMS/TMS systems
  • Adapt communication to each user based on interpersonal skills
  • Organize and prioritize interventions based on urgency
  • Track and resolve incidents, escalating to higher levels when necessary
  • Contribute to the knowledge base to share expertise with the team

Requirements

  • Bac+2 level education
  • At least 1 year of experience in IT support
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to manage priorities and maintain perspective
