Responsibilities
- Manage user support for office tools, Active Directory, Office 365, and telephony
- Provide application support for WMS/TMS systems
- Adapt communication to each user based on interpersonal skills
- Organize and prioritize interventions based on urgency
- Track and resolve incidents, escalating to higher levels when necessary
- Contribute to the knowledge base to share expertise with the team
Requirements
- Bac+2 level education
- At least 1 year of experience in IT support
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to manage priorities and maintain perspective
