Responsibilities
- Respond to help desk tickets and provide first-line technical support to users
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues within classified and unclassified environments
- Escalate complex technical problems to higher-level IT staff as necessary
- Document technical issues and resolutions for future reference and knowledge sharing
- Assist with user onboarding and provide training for various IT systems
Requirements
- Active DoD Top Secret/SCI clearance is required
- 1-4 years of experience in IT support
- Proven experience providing technical support in a DoD or government setting
- Familiarity with both Windows and Linux operating systems
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
