About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support to users (Service Desk / IT Support)
- Manage tickets and perform troubleshooting on hardware and software issues
- Offer assistance on Windows and macOS operating systems
- Support the use of Microsoft 365 / Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Manage users and groups via Active Directory
- Provide support for basic network configurations (IP, DNS, DHCP)
Requirements
- Diploma or educational background in IT / Computer Science
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous IT experience, even brief (3-6 months)
- Knowledge of the English language
- Availability to work on a 24/7 shift rotation
