About the role

Responsibilities

  • Provide first-level technical support to users (Service Desk / IT Support)
  • Manage tickets and perform troubleshooting on hardware and software issues
  • Offer assistance on Windows and macOS operating systems
  • Support the use of Microsoft 365 / Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Manage users and groups via Active Directory
  • Provide support for basic network configurations (IP, DNS, DHCP)

Requirements

  • Diploma or educational background in IT / Computer Science
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Previous IT experience, even brief (3-6 months)
  • Knowledge of the English language
  • Availability to work on a 24/7 shift rotation
