About the role
Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers via phone or email
- Complete remote troubleshooting using diagnostic techniques
- Walk customers through the problem-solving process
- Direct unsolved issues to higher-level support personnel
- Provide detailed information on IT products and services
- Record events, problems, and resolutions in logs
- Follow up with customers regarding status and information
- Identify and suggest improvements to internal procedures
Requirements
- Experience as a help desk technician or in customer support
- Working knowledge of office automation products, databases, and remote control software
- Good understanding of computer systems and mobile devices
- Ability to diagnose and solve basic technical issues
- Proficiency in English
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset
