Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Experience with ServiceNow ticketing system
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 suite
  • Knowledge of Cisco network infrastructure and videoconferencing
  • Experience with 8x8 VoIP systems
  • Proficiency in Windows and MacOS operating systems
  • English language proficiency (minimum B2 level)
  • Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills
