About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support for workstations
- Manage and resolve tickets via a dedicated system
- Assist with hardware and software issues
- Support collaboration and videoconferencing tools
- Interact directly with corporate users
Requirements
- Experience with ServiceNow ticketing system
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 suite
- Knowledge of Cisco network infrastructure and videoconferencing
- Experience with 8x8 VoIP systems
- Proficiency in Windows and MacOS operating systems
- English language proficiency (minimum B2 level)
- Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills
