Responsibilities

  • Provide support for continuous or spot projects for client operations
  • Manage and plan activities based on priorities and SLAs
  • Prepare machines and control warehouse inventory
  • Resolve common user issues such as password resets and group management
  • Install and troubleshoot Office 365 and manage tenants
  • Perform network troubleshooting and manage network protocols
  • Utilize MDM consoles

Requirements

  • Knowledge of ticketing platforms (ServiceNow, Jira, Remedy, Sap)
  • Proficiency with Windows and iOS operating systems
  • Experience with Active Directory
  • Basic networking and troubleshooting skills
  • Hardware and software troubleshooting skills
  • English language proficiency (B1-B2 level)
