Helicoid Rolling Machine Operator

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate helicoid rolling machines
• Adjust rolls, feeders, and catchers for proper operation
• Monitor machine performance and adjust speed, pressure, and alignment
• Ensure products meet diameter, pitch, and thickness specifications
• Load materials using overhead lifting equipment
• Use air shears and cutting torches as needed
• Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
• Bundle, tag, and prepare materials for shipment
• Perform routine maintenance and report equipment issues
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Previous manufacturing or machine operating experience is a plus
• Ability to work with moderate to heavy materials
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physical environment
• Strong attention to detail and safety focus
