Heavy Vehicle Truck Washer

Responsibilities

• Perform exterior washing, interior cleaning, and undercarriage rinsing of heavy vehicles, including 60-meter road train combinations, using high-pressure equipment
• Ensure proper handling of cleaning agents and equipment to prevent vehicle damage and maintain a safe environment
• Comply with all workplace health and safety regulations
• Conduct routine checks and basic maintenance on washing equipment to ensure functionality
• Work collaboratively with the team to ensure timely and efficient fleet cleaning

Requirements

• Physical fitness to handle manual tasks and operate heavy cleaning equipment
• Familiarity with high-pressure washers and cleaning equipment
• Strong attention to detail
• Knowledge of safety protocols and the handling of cleaning chemicals
• Ability to work a rotating roster (7 days, 7 nights, 7 off)
• Must hold a current National Police Clearance or be willing to obtain one
• Willingness to complete a pre-employment medical

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar heavy vehicle cleaning role
• Valid driver's license
