Heavy Vehicle Driver

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy vehicles as assigned
• Transport goods and materials safely to project sites, warehouses, or client locations
• Conduct daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
• Ensure compliance with UAE traffic laws and company safety policies
• Maintain logbooks, delivery records, and trip reports accurately
• Load and unload cargo ensuring proper handling and securing of goods
• Report vehicle defects, accidents, or delays immediately to the supervisor
• Ensure timely delivery while following approved routes and schedules
• Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of the assigned vehicle
• Follow all HSE procedures on site and on road

Requirements

• Valid UAE Heavy Vehicle Driving License
• 2–5 years of experience as a heavy vehicle driver
• Knowledge of UAE roads, industrial areas, and site operations
• Ability to handle long hours and physically demanding work
• Clean driving record with no major violations

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in UAE or GCC
• Knowledge of basic vehicle maintenance
