Heavy Vehicle Driver

Responsibilities

• Operate assigned heavy vehicles to transport goods and materials safely to project sites, warehouses, or client locations
• Conduct daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure roadworthiness
• Ensure strict compliance with UAE traffic laws and company safety policies
• Maintain accurate logbooks, delivery records, and trip reports
• Load and unload cargo, ensuring all goods are properly handled and secured
• Report any vehicle defects, accidents, or delays immediately to the supervisor
• Follow all HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) procedures on-site and on the road
• Maintain the cleanliness and basic upkeep of the assigned vehicle

Requirements

• Valid UAE Heavy Vehicle Driving License
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience as a heavy vehicle driver (UAE/GCC experience preferred)
• Strong knowledge of UAE roads, industrial areas, and site operations
• Clean driving record with no major violations
• Ability to handle long hours and physically demanding work
• Willingness to work on-site at various ADNOC project locations in Abu Dhabi
• Flexibility to work in shifts and extended hours as project demands require

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of basic vehicle maintenance
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality and safety
• Effective communication skills and a team-oriented approach
