Heavy Rigid Truck Driver

Responsibilities

• Drive to Linfox Safety Standards at all times, ensuring Vision Zero is a daily focus
• Deliver a variety of products to local customers on a consistent Monday to Friday day shift roster
• Assist with manual handling requirements, including loading and unloading freight
• Operate Electric Pallet Jacks for freight movement
• Communicate effectively with team members, managers, and customers on a day-to-day basis
• Maintain knowledge of Chain of Responsibility and road transport legislation

Requirements

• Current and valid HR license
• Previous experience operating Heavy Rigid vehicles
• Experience with responsible manual handling and operating Electric Pallet Jacks
• Familiarity with the Brisbane metro and surrounding areas
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• History of safe work practices

Preferred Qualifications

• Valid LF license (counterbalance forklift)
• Experience operating counterbalance forklifts
