Heavy Lift Operator

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy lift equipment including forklifts, carry lifts, and front loaders (greater than 5 ton capacity)
• Load and unload material and products from trucks, wagons, or production lines safely and efficiently
• Perform regular equipment inspections and document any malfunctions or abnormalities
• Conduct basic operative maintenance on equipment
• Update information within mobile tracking systems
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 5 years of experience within the company or successful completion of the entry-level exam
• Proven experience in forklift operation and heavy equipment handling
• Ability to perform equipment inspections and basic maintenance
