Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs on heavy off-road mining equipment
• Support asset life cycle through technical expertise in oil sands or open pit mining environments
• Adhere to strict safety protocols in a safety-sensitive role

Requirements

• Valid Journeyperson Heavy Equipment Technician Certification-Off Road
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Heavy Equipment Technician
• Experience with Haul Truck CAT 793+
• Experience with large off-highway Caterpillar, Liebherr, Komatsu, or Hitachi mining equipment
• Experience in Oil Sands or sizeable open pit mining
• Valid CSO (Common Safety Orientation) certification
• Valid driver's license with 3-year driver abstracts
• Physically capable of performing demanding tasks in various work conditions
• Proficient in English (written and verbal)
