About the role
Responsibilities
- Maintenance and repair of complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems
- Use technology including laptops and tablets to manage work orders and track service intervals
- Diagnose issues using real-time data and industry-leading diagnostic tools
- Practice safe job practices for repairing equipment
- Maintain electronic documentation of work performed
- Assist in the training of lower level technicians
- Assist with pick-up and delivery of equipment and parts
Requirements
- Must own tools applicable to the position
- Advanced mechanical aptitude and working knowledge of tools
- Extensive knowledge of construction equipment and schematics
- High School diploma; Trade school certificate preferred
- Ability to move, stand, stoop, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to pass a 10-panel drug screen and background check
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in field service, maintenance, and repair
- Knowledge of OSHA requirements
