Heavy Equipment Operator

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy equipment including wheel loaders, excavators, and skid steers safely and efficiently
• Perform and document daily safety and maintenance checks
• Conduct minor preventive maintenance and clean equipment as scheduled
• Report incidents, injuries, or safety concerns to management promptly
• Adhere to all company safety and security policies and procedures

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• 1+ years of experience operating a wheel loader or front-end loader
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and 75 pounds occasionally
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Ability to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with excavators, skid steer loaders, and other related heavy equipment
