Heavy Equipment Operator

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy equipment including wheel loaders, excavators, and skid steers in a safe and efficient manner
• Perform and document daily safety and maintenance checks
• Conduct minor preventive maintenance and clean equipment as scheduled
• Adhere to all local, state, federal, and company safety policies and procedures
• Promptly report any incidents, injuries, or safety concerns to management

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• 1+ years of experience operating a wheel loader or front-end loader
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds regularly
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Willingness to wear required personal protection equipment (PPE)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using an excavator, skid steer loader, or other related heavy equipment
