Bedrock is moving AI out of the lab and into the real world. We are deploying autonomous systems on heavy construction machinery across the country, accelerating project schedules of billion-dollar infrastructure projects and improving safety on job sites.

Responsibilities

• Operate, maintain, and inspect heavy machinery including excavators, bulldozers, loaders, graders, and forklifts
• Adhere to safety regulations, site procedures, and OSHA standards
• Perform routine equipment inspections and preventative maintenance
• Report mechanical issues and ensure high-quality workmanship
• Collaborate with crew members, supervisors, and site managers
• Work efficiently in fast-paced environments to meet project deadlines

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of hands-on heavy equipment experience
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations and OSHA standards
• Excellent hand-eye coordination, depth perception, and spatial awareness
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions accurately
• Physical ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Valid driver’s license (CDL preferred)
• Ability to pass a drug test
