Heavy Combination Truck Driver

Responsibilities

• Safely operate HC semi-trailer vehicles for local deliveries from the Derrimut distribution centre
• Strap and secure palletised freight using correct load restraint methods
• Liaise with warehouse and dispatch teams to ensure timely deliveries
• Represent Linfox professionally during all customer interactions
• Comply with all OHS and dangerous goods handling procedures
• Complete delivery documentation with high accuracy and attention to detail

Requirements

• A current and valid HC license
• Hands-on knowledge of tautliner trailers and load restraint techniques
• Strong commitment to safe work practices and regulatory compliance
• Familiarity with Melbourne’s West and its major freight corridors
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
