Heating/Cooling and/or Sanitary Planner

Responsibilities

• Support project management in the execution of sustainable HLKKS (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning, Cooling, and Sanitary) projects
• Contribute to and shape integral, sustainable building projects using Building Information Modeling (BIM)
• Provide technical and methodological support to the planning team in BIM projects
• Collaborate with all specialist departments including architecture, structural engineering, electrical engineering, and construction management
• Support the implementation of the ATP Green Deal with a focus on climate-neutral planning and sustainable buildings

Requirements

• Completed technical basic training in building services technology
• Passion for integral planning and proficiency in software tools such as AutoCAD or Revit
• Interest in resource efficiency and sustainability
• Good written and spoken German skills
• Independent, structured working style and motivation to acquire new skills
