Heating Pre-Sales Engineer

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular customer visits to present new heating products and provide tailored solutions for projects
• Develop prospecting strategies to identify new clients, channels, and business opportunities
• Provide strategic recommendations based on market dynamics, campaigns, and customer needs
• Support Key Account Managers (KAMs) with distributors and installers within the heating business
• Deliver training and technical tools to improve customer performance and product efficiency
• Represent the company in strategic sales meetings and training sessions within the European team
• Identify cross-selling and cross-border opportunities to increase company revenue

Requirements

• Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience
• Proven work experience in Heating Pre-Sales (mandatory)
• Fluent English, both spoken and written
• Strong negotiation, leadership, and interpersonal skills
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
• Availability to travel as required by the role
