Heat Treat Specialist I

Responsibilities

• Operate Ipsen vacuum furnaces and bead blasting equipment
• Inspect all work to ensure quality standards are met
• Follow detailed work instructions and use safe practices at all times
• Work under the training and supervision of experienced Machinists

Requirements

• Ability to follow precise work instructions and use measuring instruments
• Proficiency in performing basic mathematical calculations
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills
• Dependability and a willingness to learn in a manufacturing environment
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 pounds frequently (up to 40 pounds occasionally)
