Heart Of House Porter

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain back-of-house F&B areas, storerooms, kitchens, crockery, glassware, and cutlery
• Operate cleaning machines, dishwashers, and polishers safely and in line with procedures
• Support waste disposal, recycling, deliveries, breakage recording, and stockroom organization
• Assist across Raffles and Mauro Colagreco areas as needed
• Follow health, safety, fire, emergency, and COSHH procedures

Requirements

• Proven ability to deliver high service standards under pressure
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Good time management and multitasking ability
• Professional appearance and willingness to work in a 24-hour operation
• Previous luxury hotel experience preferred
