About the role

Responsibilities

  • Conduct remote evaluations, device fittings, and follow-up care for patients
  • Educate and guide patients on hearing technology
  • Provide feedback on new hearing care tools and workflows
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless patient journeys
  • Contribute clinical insights to the global audiology network

Requirements

  • Active HIS license in CA, MN, NY, PA, or TX
  • 2+ years of fitting experience
  • Passed the International Licensing Exam (ILE)
  • Reliable hardwired home internet (100+ Mbps download / 20+ Mbps upload)
  • Ability to work independently and manage own caseload

Preferred Qualifications

  • Willingness to obtain licensure in additional states
