Hearing Ambassador

Responsibilities

• Assist licensed dispensers in meeting goals and fulfilling daily duties
• Engage customers and educate individuals about hearing wellness
• Complete 30-50 outbound calls daily to prospective and existing customers
• Secure a minimum of 4 immediate or scheduled full hearing tests daily
• Promote and sell non-hearing aid products to members without hearing loss
• Use handheld screeners to intercept and qualify leads
• Support community outreach and marketing events at Sam's Club and other venues
• Spend 95% of time walking/working the club to intercept and set tests

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong customer service, sales, or retail experience
• Experience with PC hardware, software, and internet usage
• Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills
• Experience with patient or customer appointment scheduling
• Proficiency with basic computer systems and scheduling software
• Bilingual in Spanish is strongly preferred
