Hearing Ambassador

Responsibilities

• Engage with members to educate them on hearing wellness and products
• Complete 30-50 outbound calls daily to prospective and existing customers
• Secure a minimum of 4 scheduled hearing tests daily for the specialist or audiologist
• Promote and sell non-hearing aid products to members without hearing loss
• Use handheld screening tools to intercept and qualify leads
• Assist with calling past members and medical referrals to schedule return visits
• Represent the Hearing Aid Center during community and club events
• Spend the majority of time working within the club environment to intercept and set tests

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong experience in customer service, sales, or retail environments
• Proficiency with PC hardware, software, and general internet usage
• Previous experience with patient or customer appointment scheduling
• Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Bilingual fluency in Spanish
